(July 2, 2018, 7:05 pm)Awesome customer service. Needed specialty bolts by the weekend and the post office failed to deliver(usps is impossible to get through to speak to anyone for customer service). Called bel-metric up and they overnighted the bolts to me!

(June 1, 2018, 12:11 am)I cross threaded my timing chain tensioner in the head of my M3. The angle was to awkward to get a tap in so I decided to get a threaded plug I could run inside out to clean the threads. Bel-metric is the only company in the USA that carries a m26x1.5 pipe plug that I could find. I worked with Pat who was amazing. I explained my situation and she sent it next day. Pat’s coworker Matt even suggested another bolt with a flange but sharper threads. Between the two bolts I got the threads cleaned up and will be headed to the racetrack soon! Thanks pat!
