How lucky I was to have had such a welcoming, warm and wise community when I lived in the Boston area. The classes are small interactive and thought provoking. The teachings inspired me into new ways of thinking and being and a more fullfilling life!

The format of a meditation session seems to be this:
Begin with a series of guided relaxation exercises. Then reading and pondering curated excerpts from spiritual texts like Bhagavad Gita, or writings of conscious people. This is followed by a group meditation.
I highly recommend dropping in if you have an interest in tapping into the powers of meditation. This community is a non-invasive, low-commitment, positive vibration assist to one's own journey of discovering comfort and joy within and without through meditation.
