  Eric at ECS Video Systems really saved the day for my team. A VIP speaker made a last minute request for a Presidential Teleprompter for the biggest event of our Foundation's year- and there were none available in Maine or NH. That forced us to search for help in the Boston area. I got a recommendation to call ECS about a teleprompter rental and I am so glad I did. Eric returned my phone call within minutes AND shot me a text- which was helpful so that I could have some peace of mind quickly. He basically said- "I'm on it" and he meant it! Just days later, he made the trip to Portland, ME to set up and staff the teleprompter at our big donor and alumni event.
  
  Eric arrived on time, was fast and efficient, extremely helpful and most importantly- he didn't need me to caretake him (thank you!). He also did a great job making our speakers feel comfortable with the teleprompter.
  
  Long story short: Our event was amazing. We had over 400 people attend our event and the feedback we got was that it was the best event our organization has ever done. Our co-hosts hit the ball out of the park with their program remarks because of the ease of use of the teleprompter. I am confident that the work that ECS Video System did was a big part of our success. I just can't say enough about how much they helped set us up for success.

  I'm a NY based video producer and wish ECS was in NY! But I'm so glad that I was able to work with them on a last minute teleprompter need in Boston. ECS was quick to respond to my needs and provided an incredibly professional, fast teleprompter operator. Eric, the owner, even checked up on how everything went the following day. I couldn't be more impressed.

  There's only one company I'll contact when I need a professional teleprompter operator and that's ECS Video Systems in Boston, MA. Eric Silverstein is a true professional and I would trust him and his team on any job. Whether it's a CEO, a Doctor or even a car dealer he gets the job done seamlessly and effortlessly. There's no other teleprompter rental facility I could contact in the Boston Area than ECS!

  I'm a CT based producer/director and I recently needed an on camera teleprompter rental and a teleprompter operator in the Boston area. After a quick search, I found ECS Video Systems and that was all I needed. In no time, Eric and I discussed which specific teleprompter would be best for my two day shoot and he then assigned the BEST teleprompter operator (Michael) with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. Eric's teleprompter rates are quite reasonable and he's amazingly responsive. He got back to me in just a few minutes whenever I called or emailed with a question or location change. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was with Eric and ECS Video Systems. I truly can't wait to shoot in Boston again so that I can work with Eric and Michael.
