  Fran is outstanding. I initially asked her for help with career counseling and she somehow "got to the heart of me" within just two sessons - demonstrating greater understanding of my fundamental drivers in life than people who have been in my life for decades.
  
  TIme and again, Fran has helped me very quickly to pinpoint the heart of an issue and to help me develop a plan for improvement. Fran is not dispassionate like so many in her trade. She clearly is engaged, highly empathetic, and warmly embracing the issues that I present.
