Michael is a very knowledgeable and dedicated tennis expert. He spent the time to learn about my game, past strings, and issues and was able to recommend a quality set of strings while clearly explaining the reasons behind the decision. The racket was delivered on time and plays great.
He also does pickups and deliveries and charges less than any shop I have been to! If you are anywhere near the area, would highly recommend.
Note: This is family business and Mike works from the basement of his home. But make no mistake the professionalism and quality of the work is top notch.
