(October 19, 2018, 7:48 pm)We had the tremendous good fortune to be referred to Allison by our 2yo son's previous speech therapist (who was also terrific but relocating).
Allison was wonderful to work with- entirely professional and well prepared, and exceptional with session follow-up: how each session went, what she observed and focused on for the day, along with progress notes and specific things we could work with him on leading up to their next session. She was also just straight-up wonderful with our son- warm, engaging, and quickly able to create a comfortable atmosphere that allowed him to learn in the ways that were most effective for him.
While we're happy to say that, over the span of six months with Allison, our son has progressed to the point where he no longer needs speech services, we do miss her visits- however, that means that she may have some extra time for another little boy or girl who could use her help, and we can't recommend her highly enough.
