  We have had nothing but pleasant experiences here. all of our cats have their routine checkups there and we ended up having to take my 10 yo cat there after he was attacked by an animal outside. they were so compassionate and kept us informed about everything that was going on. they did end up referring us to tufts emergency but we ended up back at banfield. after about 2 months we had to make the hard decision to end our cats suffering. dr. fisher and all of the techs were so kind and made my family feel comfortable and taken care of during what was an extremely emotional and difficult time. we even received a card signed by every member of the staff a few weeks later.
  
  since then we have taken both my 4 yo and 3 yo cats there for their annual exams and we have no complaints! very kind staff

  I honestly don’t understand how this facility has such a low rating. After being treated horribly at a closer pet hospital that had a 5 star rating I decided to take my kittens to banfield has I have had wonderful treatment from staff at a different location. I cannot stress how helpful, kind and understanding everyone was...I am very pleased with my visit and will be returning for future care.
