  I come here frequently. It’s a somewhat older Hampton Inn and certainly not a fancy hotel in any sense, but it’s fine. My only qualm is that their late night staff is just not very attentive, and the check-in process when arriving late is not the most welcoming.

  I have to say that I have not stayed in a Hampton Inn that I haven't enjoyed yet and this one doesn't disappoint! The staff is above and beyond friendly and accommodating to all your needs, from housekeeping all the way up to front desk and managers. The complimentary breakfast is a must for us and it was very satisfying with lots of food, snack and drink options. It's kept fresh and clean the whole breakfast allotted time and even brought some things out for us when my kiddos wanted a little snack. A+ for costumer service. And I must add this place is very very clean! Not a complaint to be had here at all! Definitely recommend a stay here if you're traveling through.

  Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool area was great. Breakfast was cold. Eggs were watery and not alot of space to move around.

  Helpful staff and convenient location to the T. We stayed here because it was a convenient location to get on the mass transit into Boston. The shuttle driver took us over to the Quincy Adams Station which was very convenient because any driving in Braintree or Boston area is certainly a challenge. That was a free service and greatly appreciated. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, although there's a huge Factory right beside it that emits a weird odor. The lady at the front said it makes submarine parts I think. I'd stay again if in the area..

  Overall I had a really good experience staying at this hotel. The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. What’s nice about this place is that they have a shuttle that can take you within 4 miles of the Hampton Inn so if you don’t have a car very convenient. The location is right off of the freeway and has lots of dining options nearby. I’ve stayed there twice now and would definitely go back!
