I ripped my hammy in Tae Kwon Do and then developed tennis-elbow a week later - I was just going to 'rub some dirt' on it and tough it out but a friend recommended visiting Dr. Lauren. I'm so glad I did as right after the first session, I felt 100% better and shortened my recovery time immensely. I didn't realize that babying a tennis elbow would make it take longer to heal and glad to learn the special exercises to work it out quickly. And she had my hammy ready for a Tae Kwon Do belt test in just 4 weeks! If you have any type of sports or or back issue, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lauren!

(February 28, 2017, 11:06 am)Dr. Lauren Jalette is the best Chiropractor I have ever seen. She really cares about her patients and spends a lot of time with her patients. I've had annoying back and neck issues for years and Dr. Lauren really helps me feel better. She is excellent, we are really lucky to have such a great sports Chiropractor in the Boston area! I think she would be a must for any athlete (and gym goers). Everyone I have referred to her has also been equally impressed and feeling better in no time.
