Stephanie Lachapelle is the best! She is an amazing real estate agent. She managed both the sale of my home of 30 years and purchase of my new home. She took care of everything! Her knowledge of the real estate market and taking very good care of her clients are both exceptional. She is one of the most patient, calm, kind, reassuring, understanding and empathetic people I have ever met. I could not have completed this stressful and complicated process without her.

We met at an open house three years ago and hit it off immediately. Since the housing stock was low, it took us awhile to find the perfect new home for me. Stephanie was very responsive in setting up home tours so that we could see a house as soon as it came on the market. Patience paid off and we found my new home last fall. Then, we had to sell my house quickly. We worked together to put my house on the market and sold it in one day. We were a great team! I love my new place and am so happy here.
