  Reached out to Workspace@45 for more information regarding a dedicated desk and received a call within a few minutes from Justin Moran(Owner) Right off the bat, I could tell Justin was the type of Owner/Operator who was hands on and responsive to his clients. The following morning Justin and I met at the Canton office for a tour. After the tour, I chose to sign up for the monthly dedicated desk. Signing up was easy and I was at my desk working within a few minutes. The office is very clean and full of friendly folks. There is an awesome deli across the hall with very reasonably priced food which I liked to go to.
  Unfortunately, as the months went on I was only able to utilize my desk once or twice a week. It made sense to tell Justin to cancel my monthly membership. Justin totally understood my situation and the cancellation process was seamless. Now, I just email Justin and let him know I am utilizing the office on that specific day and he bills me for it.
  I highly recommend Workspace@45 and anyone looking for an office or shared office space for the long or short term.

  When returning back to work from maternity leave after having my first baby, I was gifted a month of use at workspace@45. It ended up being a great help for me to work in a quiet space, and begin to re-learn my new role as a working mother. I worked in the “bullpen” common area and used whatever desk was available; there were always spots available. It was very quiet and conducive to focusing on work. There’s also a great cafe in the building that I enjoyed a lot with a great variety of food options. Justin was incredibly helpful on meeting all my needs as I used the space. He even made a private and secure spot available for me to pump as a breastfeeding mother. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great place to work.

  I am a local professional who has had the pleasure of speaking with Justin on numerous occasions, touring the space, and recording a podcast with him. It is clear how much he cares not only about the space but about educating and supporting the entrepreneurs who use that space. I have already recommended Workspace@45 to others and will continue to do so.

  Workspace@45 is a wonderful work space environment with several options to choose from. It allowed us the opportunity to focus on growing and nurturing our business rather than needing to address physical space needs that otherwise would have been in the way of productivity and efficiency. The location is perfect with easy proximity to major highways and Boston. Justin Moran, Worksapce@45 owner, is present and actively involved in his facility operations and commitment to his tenants. Justin is building a fabulous community for professionals where collaboration, information, and communication are a daily event. The physical space is beautiful and clean. The offices are nicely designed with modern functional furnishings. I highly recommend Workspace @45 for any individual or company needing a dedicated office or quiet area in which to work. This location has much to offer physically and has the support within to pave the way for success. I have used other shared work space locations but this one beats them all!

  We LOVE Workspace@45!! The offices are great, the community is supportive and collaborative, and Justin is always creating new ways for us to get together! Bagel Thursdays are our personal favorite.
  
  The amenities are incredible, too! 24/7 access to the gym and the on-site cafe are a HUGE plus.
