(January 4, 2021, 5:59 pm)CS&R, Shekeria and Amera responded immediately Xmas eve to our request for coverage for my mom who tested positive for COVID-19 while living in a memory community. They arranged for continued care 24/7 for 10 days to support her quarantining. The caregivers provided updates on how my mother was doing throughout the 10 days. The quality of care, compassions for my mother and communication with me was flawless and greatly appreciated. It's a strange time to be so disconnected from loved ones and to be reliant on others to this level. It was a relief to my family that mom was getting good care and support.

(April 9, 2020, 12:06 pm)She gives same day or one day service, calls from the store to clarify out of stock items and quantities, doesn't start the billing for her time until she calls you from the store. Great service we have used her for weeks. My wife didn't want me to write this because she is afraid that if too many people find out how great she is, she will be too busy.
