Went to Mike with what appeared to be a simple case of dead battery but turned out to be a much subtler problem involving a plug-like relay in the fuse box that burned out due to my leaving a cellphone cable in the cigarette socket when the car was turned off. Mike knows cars. He'll happily show you any parts replaced and advises you concerning new part costs before doing the work. Most recently he gave me the choice of using a more expensive American made part (which I chose to use) vs a less expensive and lower quality wheel bearing assembly made overseas. I like to have choices and Mike respects that.
