Dr Mclaughlin was awesome he removed my toe nail and explained everything to me. Which i already knew what to do. And i am in a little pain compare to me what happend 18 yrs ago when i had it removed. It was all infected and painful. His staff was so awesome to me. Thank u again
Despite what these other patients say, Dr. McLaughlin operated on my very twisted hammer toe. He also fixed a botched bunion surgery done by a Fall River surgeon. I am a Brigham & Women's patient. Ally physicians are
B & W MDs with the exception of Dr. McLaughlin and The bad Fall River surgeon who by the way never examined my foot for my follow up. I saw the head of Orthopedics at B&W many times - for bunion, hammertoe and morons neuroma. He did absolutely nothing except ordered pads for my shoes. Even though I was in tremendous pain and could barely walk, he gave me 1 shot of cortisone. That's it. Yes, he took X-rays. but he refused to perform surgery. Why? I suspect because of my MassHealth Insurance. He wouldn't make enough money on my surgery. I discussed tis with Dr. McLaughlin. My other providers from B&W are excellent. But Dr. Aeoli (or however you spell his name) sucks. He did nothing to help me for 4 years. Thank God for Dr. McLaughlin. His bedside manner was great. His follow ups were thorough. Yes, you have to wait in his Attleboro office but for most MDs waiting is part of the process especially if they're good. I've spent more time waiting at Mass Eye & Ear .It's worth the wait because they know what they're doing - unbelievably thorough. I feel the same about Dr. McLaughlin. Sorry and rather surprised to hear all the negatives. He did his job well. Ignore the bad press. I see a lot of physicians. I know what I'm talking about.
