I sat at the bar and Melissa was SUPER sweet and attentive. She checked on me and made sure I was set. She even read my mind that I wanted more sweet potato fries with just a look! Hahaha. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. I had a plain hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and onions with sweet potato fries. Thank you so much Melissa! :D
First time customer. Glad I chose early afternoon to visit this location. The place was pretty quiet and I got to have the bar tender's undivided attention. She was very friendly and attentive. The burger (I had a bacon cheeseburger) was prepared relatively swiftly, it was pretty thick and was cooked as I requested and was very juicy. The steak fries (including the 2 refills) were sizzling hot. I wouldn't want to experience this place on a Patriots game day (located literally next to the stadium) but will definitely be stopping by again some afternoon.
Food was great. Service wildly better than it had been in the past. They have new managers who really know what they're doing, and our server, Kelsey, was fantastic. A new go-to.
The service here is always great, honestly when ever I go its beyond friendly and warm. And the food, when they say its awesome food, they arent lying. I can never finish a whole meal because its so filling. The price is worth it simply because leftovers last for two more meals. Draft beers are cold to the touch and frosty. I love the chicken sandwiches because their never over cooked and juicy.
