Service was great! Jailene Was amazing and informative. In the past when I'd go to the verizon stores in Bellingham and Natick (corporates branches) I always had to bring my mom because she was the head of the account for the family plan I was on. It was a pain in the butt. Franklin is not corporate so I could go in myself and upgrade my phone without my mom being present, the downside was that I couldn't pay for the phone outright (420 instead of 440), but it was worth it. I'll go here everytime

Always with a smile, soft-spoken and most importantly the patience of a saint there could be 5 people lined up and Jaylene will make you feel like she has all the time in the world for you. Jaylene has another quality that is so very important to your sales and and very much appreciated by me, and many others like me who have learning disabilities for myself it's auditory processing disorder Jaylene is so patient had it not been for her kind and thoughtful manner I probably would have shut down and just got up and said I have to think about it maybe I'll come back and I would not have gotten the phone I probably would have gone back to the flip phone LOL cuz it was easier for me to operate but Jayla mean took the time to walk me through it and show me visually Hands-On how to navigate my phone even months later there are still things that she helps me figure out LOL anyway I just wanted to let you know that I think the world of her and she will go on to do great things with her life if I were you I've maker CEO of that company then you can all just go on vacation and leave her in charge. Seriously jailyne has made my experience at Verizon learning experience that I very much appreciate sincerely Donna bimberg
