    Both times I have been to this Midas station have been fantastic. Simon really cares about his customers, and treats cars more like patients than objects. The work is solid, and you can tell they are committed to providing their customers with an easy and pleasant experience. Now that we’ve been there, we’ve kinda decided to never go anywhere else!

    Sometimes you go to a mechanic and they sell you dreams and all kinds of things you don’t need and before you know it your cars in worse shape then when you started. Well this happened to me (not at Midas) and as result I needed all kinds of work I was not prepared for. Simon talked me through everything I needed made sure I really understood why and was so helpful through my whole experience with Midas he is totally awesome and really saved the day ! I would recommend this company to anyone Simon is your guy! Also note I never write reviews so that’s should tell you how happy I am to have had this experience! Thank you.

    I've been to Midas twice in the last four months as both family cars needed servicing. Both times Midas was able to accurately identify and fix the problem at a lower cost than the dealership. Service was friendly and reliable. A special thank you to Simon who walked us through the process in a trusted and professional manner.

    I would like to say how wonderful all of the services I have received from Midas of Franklin. Jason Snow the manager literally takes a great deal of time explaining to me all of the options available for me to fix the problems I am having with my car. Finally, I have met a car mechanic that is honest and sincere about what I should and/or should not do with my car issues at my time of crisis. I strongly recommend you go to Midas in Franklin if you want excellent results and service for your vehicle(s) at a great price.
