Scheduling an appointment for an oil change was super easy and convenient on their website. Not many other mechanics have online scheduling so this was quite a delight. When I arrived, Derrick stated that diagnosing my check engine light might be awhile and that there was a loaner car available if I wanted one. Wow! Even though I didn't need one, this is highly thoughtful.
An hour and a half later my car was done. There is a very clean wait room with padded chairs, complimentary snacks, assorted Kuerig coffees, and bottled water. There are also toys and chairs for kids. The synthetic oil change was $80 + $40 diagnostic + $13 in misc fees + $3 tax = $136 for my oil change and to know why my check engine light was on. My questions were thoroughly answered. I was never upsold and prices were announced at the beginning.
If you're looking for bare-bone repairs at a minimum price, this ain't it. These guys are a premium mechanic who seem to pride themselves on excellent customer service and it is fair that they charge a premium price. -
