The customer service is great, they always take the time to explain coverage with you and truly look out for your best interest. Wouldn't go anywhere else for insurance even though I no longer live in Norwood.

We are real estate agents and have several clients who have been very happy with her patience in explaining things, answering questions, and guiding them through the insurance process. Personally, I can say she really looks out for her customers with the advice she gives and her efforts in preparing competitive quotes. When it comes to insurance coverage, people should not take chances and they can trust Maura has their best interests at heart.

Easy to work with, professional and pleasant. Right near the auto-mile in Norwood, which came in handy a couple of times I bought cars over that way. Just had to check if my son can drive my vehicles when my son comes home from school and Maura (I believe was her name) was very helpful. Actually saved me some $$$. I recommend Cavanaugh Insurance.
