I recently had my first dentist appointment with Epic after my dentist of 25 years retired. The difference between Epic and the private practice dentist I saw for 25 years is nothing short of amazing. The equipment is state of the art, the staff is professional, positive and consistently kind. I am pleasantly confident putting my trust in Epic for my dental care.

(March 5, 2019, 9:22 pm)My 3 year old daughter was very nervous and anxious about her first dentist appointment. She was crying before getting out of the car and going into the office. But the dental hygienist Monica was incredibly patient and found creative ways to get my daughter to become comfortable. The doc noticed the same thing and made the whole process quick and easy. Fortunately, she didn't have cavities so it was a quick check up. But thank God for Monica ????????

(February 12, 2019, 10:12 am)Dr. Moreno is amazing with my young kids. We have been through 4 cavities, 1 knocked out tooth, and a kid with a hatred for dentists. He works so well with all of them. He talks their language and keeps them calm the whole time. We never have tears, which is saying a lot. He takes the time to answer parents questions. And appointments are efficient. I trust his expertise and am pleased by his service. The hygienists are great, too. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

(December 21, 2018, 9:43 am)Excellent service and communication from my initial call to make an appointment to the experience itself. The dental assistant who did my X-rays was kind, patient, and non-judgmental about the length of time since my last check-up. The staff explained everything as they worked, and I was surprisingly comfortable - laidback ambience, including the offer to have music playing during the cleaning. I'll definitely go back, and recommend to all. Update: I recently brought my son in as well, and was really impressed with the way they talked to him, explaining everything to him, and adjusting treatment to best care for him and keep him healthy and as relaxed as possible. Thank you!

(July 31, 2018, 1:12 pm)My wife and I brought our 4 and 2 year old children to Epic today. The staff is so friendly and nice. Both my children are cautious with new experiences yet felt comfortable with their teeth cleaning. The staff that cleans the teeth are great and show the kids what each tool does before they use it. Dr. Moreno has a great bedside manner and is very friendly. He spends time with the parents to share best approaches to cleaning. I highly recommend Epic , and they also have a practice for adults!
