  Christos represented the buyer for my property. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. I sold my condo on my own, and Christos always treated me with the utmost respect. He went above and beyond every step of the way. He is the best and it was a great. Pleasure to work with him.

  After three years of meeting with Madeline Cheney I decided to put my condominium on the market. I lived at Louisburq Sqare South townhouses in N. Quincy for 26 years.
  
  Madeline compiled a report for me of the sales in my complex over the
  last 6 months, She explained the sales process to me and discussed the marketing and priciing of my home.
  
  Madeline was always available to discuss any concerns I may have had.
  She EVEN came into my home and changed bulbs in the ceiling that I could not, moved and removed furniture that I could not carry. She was
  always caring and professional.
  
  I would use Madeline again and wholeheartedly recommend her.

  I used Madelene Cheney and Red Door Real Estate to sell my home on the South Shore this past fall and she was absolutely outstanding.
  
  Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Red Door Real Estate stood out as the best the South Shore area has to offer. Their listings were easy to find on their site and the time and careful effort they put into each listing showed they took the sales process seriously.
  
  I spoke with Madelene and then met her at my home. She came prepared and answered all my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and provided immediate info on equivalent comps in the area. She turned around a comprehensive marketing/price plan in just days and went over it with me page by page!
  
  I was concerned that my house, which was zoned uniquely, would be tough to sell. Madelene made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should) like the dos & don't of staging tips, what to expect during the sale process, taking professional photographs and so much more.
  
  When I saw my listing I was blown away! Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing! The first buyer that saw the property put in an immediate offer!
  
  My house went under contract in just days after it was put on the market (and 1.8% over asking price!) I accepted and Madelene walked me through every step of the closing process, even going so far as recommending a reputable real estate attorney to represent me in the sale.
  
  Madelene was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer my questions or address any concerns. She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience!
  
  I'll be recommending the Red Door Real Estate Team to everyone I know! Madelene's a true professional and genuinely loves what she does! I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.

  After meeting with a few real estate companies I sat down with Red Door Real Estate and was impressed with everything they had to offer. I had two agents come to view my home since we were thinking of selling. They were very helpful in educating us on the market and provided a very detailed pamphlet on the marketing they would offer to sell our family home. Since it was a family estate and had been in the family for years it was very emotional for us. Red Door really held her hand through everything and made what would be a very difficult process very easy.

  Whether you are buying or selling a home, I highly recommend Red Door Real Estate. Madelene Cheney, who is the owner of Red Door, could not have been more informative, honest and straightforward. Despite being part of my extended family, Madelene knew we were also interviewing other agents to sell our family home. She met with us and presented in great detailed how she would market our home to get it sold. She outlined similar sales in the area and was very straightforward on what we needed to do to get the home ready to put on the market. I could not have been more happy about the results.
