  Great experience, Jake the instructor was excellent with my niece and nephew (4 and 8yrs old). There's a kid's room that was challenging but not overwhelming. Highly recommend for an event to do with kids.

  I am /was new to Rock climbing; on first visit I found the place I want to go :) Very welcoming awesome group of Central Rock Gym coach / team. And yes don't forget progression program, Cody, Kevin, Stephen & Tetsu wonderful and very knowledgeable individuals! Yes, don't forget HIT class Robin, great workout every time. Super Stephanie always there for any kind of help you need! No partner no problem, I always had help from Maria, Chris! You want to understand Rock climbing, perfect place…

  I've been a member for about 4 months now and it's been a wonderful experience. It is a welcoming-feeling, clean and obviously well-run place... staff is friendly and helpful. Even if there wasn't a rock gym attached to it, the gym itself would be nearly worth it for me, with excellent dumbbell/barbell facilities and a Concept 2 rower.

  I’ve been to a few gyms since I first started climbing, and this is the best one that I could find. The routes can host a wide range of different leveled climbers, starting with beginners and reaching to advanced! I don’t think I will ever find a day where I am bored or have been able to do every single climb, it’s not only physically pushing my limits but mentally too! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The classes are well scheduled, put together, and fun. And last but not least the facility is kept super clean and well maintained. This is a fantastic gym and I highly recommend to anyone that has an interest in rock climbing, yoga and fitness classes, or just being apart of a community of people that are friendly and non-judgmental!

  Infinitely many stars! This is THE best climbing gym ever. The routes are creative and fun, the staff is friendly and helpful, the coaches are exceptional, the gym is clean, and the atmosphere is terrific. There is truly something for everyone here. There is a slide and easy fun-wall routes for little kids, which very few gyms have, and then, of course, there are climbs ranging from easy to insane. This gym has very quickly become my second home!
