I strongly recommend Hybrid Cars to anyone who owns a Prius. These guys were so quick, looked at the car as soon as it arrived, explained each issue with detail, were up front about the price, and showed genuine concern for the car and making sure we understood what was wrong with it, why it happened, and that we knew why certain things had to be fixed. Great price, all things considered! Alex was so pleasant to work with.

Got our P0171 code taken care of on our old Prius. They did a great job, and only charged us the previously quoted diagnostic fee since the issue was able to be cleared with just cleaning a sensor. Very honest, fast turnaround, and no frills! Definitely will be back, and grateful for the work. We have never gone wrong yet trusting hybrid specialists. Thanks!

I made the trip out from Boston, and boy was it worth it. They did excellent work for a very fair price, and we’re able to fit me in even though I was a bit late showing up to my appointment. They also worked quickly and I was pleasantly surprised by how much they got done in so little time.

I am really particular about who works on my hybrid and I will be 100% going to these guys for any future repair work while I am in Boston, it is so relieving to have good hybrid mechanics around. I would whole heartedly recommend this shop if you are looking for a good hybrid mechanic.
