I highly recommend the Walpole location of the Extra Space Storage. The store manager Paul does a fantastic job. Paul makes his customers feel like gold. I give Extra Space Storage my highest recommendation. The locations is great and do more than take my word it you have storage needs go check them out. You won't regret it.

I’m a travel nurse and use storage units often. The entire experience from reserving the space, to payment, to checking and moving in was excellent, especially since I needed it last minute. Paul, the manager, was very friendly and efficient. He even noticed I had not locked my unit properly and took the time to show me how to do it the next day. They truly care about their customers and the safety of their belongings. Very clean and safe facility. Would highly recommend!

The place was great. Plao smell clean look clean and it was very well organized. Customer service was 110%. Team member on duty explain everything from top to bottom showed me multiple rooms and what would fit my needs. I would definitely recommend the Walpole extra Space storage to anyone that is looking for storage. Everybody including the customers are smiling and enjoying the area. I work in retail and customer service is the number one thing and when I go places I want to Sam and these guys are above that. Love the place love the people that work there I’ll give it 100 stars.

Extra Space Storage in Walpole is a very clean and safe place to store anything. It’s also climate controlled so you can store furniture and fabrics without them smelling musty. The best part is that you can pull your vehicle inside one of the 2 bays to load your stuff out of the weather. The guys that manage this place, Paul and Norbert, were really helpful, especially in figuring out the size of storage unit I needed and when I had trouble with my lock. I’d recommend Extra Space Storage in Walpole to anyone.

I had an AWESOME experience with Extra Space in Walpole MA, both Paul and Norbert were fantastic, each of them took myself and my husband around to see the storage units. They provided excellent customer service, they were responsive to our emails and answered all of our questions. They explained the pricing of the storage units, the layout of the facility and also recommended a moving company. They were extremely HELPFUL. Our experience with Paul and Norbert was excellent and I would 100% recommend Extra Space.
