My grief was relieved, I could remember without great pain and I stopped crying everyday. My depression lifted and changed my outlook regarding myself and my life. I am so glad I was able to get this treatment.

(October 11, 2018, 3:27 pm)Absolutely, positively love Dr. Fawad. She makes me feel extremely comfortable talking to her and she has been on point with my medical needs. I don’t feel like I’m being prescribed blindly and I know she has my best interest at heart.
As for the staff in reception, someone always answers the phone, I’m acknowledged and taken care of right away, there is always availability and flexibility with scheduling and they are always professional, understanding and kind.
Until my experience with Dr. Fawad at NBC I was pretty sure that any doctor or doctor’s office in my health network would be bottom of the barrel. I’m grateful for this place, I feel emotionally positive every time I come. I would recommend Dr. Fawad to anyone and I would never consider another doctor. -

(August 22, 2018, 10:17 am)As someone who has been receiving mental health services for the past 10 years, I can say with all honesty that NBC is the best place I've been. The office gives multiple reminders (text and email), there is a patient portal where you can easily email your doctor, everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Moustafa is incredible: compassionate and cares deeply about the life YOU want to lead. AND they take mass health!!! If you're new to receiving services, be patient (pun?) and stick with it - there are people in the profession who truly care, and the NBC team is one of them!
