(February 26, 2019, 8:16 pm)I have been a customer for over a year and this company is great to work with! They test your water and explain what each of the readings mean. Further from there, they offer yearly testing services. I've had two sets of equipment installed (Dechlorinator and Water Softener). Today they sent Rick out again, and he reviewed everything he was going to install beforehand. He also offered suggestions of where to place the units. While installing the new Softener, he organized the equipment/pipework for easy future maintenance, and accessibility. Great team to work with!

(February 18, 2019, 8:47 pm)I would like to commend Ezra for his diligent service call today. We had a system installed in our new construction home in July of this year. Although it ran well for a while, the water ceased to feel soft and we noticed a metallic odor. Although all staff was pleasant and tried to be patient and helpful via phone, our problems persisted. In early December, a technician replaced a part and we thought we would be all set. Unfortunately the problem persisted. Today, Ezra listened carefully to us, re-tested our raw and treated water and worked diligently until he found the problem. We actually had a broken piece inside the head. Good to know we were not crazy! Ezra was very professional, personable and neat. He replaced the part, stayed through a regen cycle and then retested out tap water to be sure the unit was working properly. Very pleased!

(February 6, 2019, 6:11 pm)John from Premier Water Systems arrived promptly and began work immediately. He answered all of our questions during and after a perfect installation. The work was done in a timely and high quality manner and cleanup was meticulous.
While it’s only been a week since our installation we are pleased to report that our water quality has gone from good to excellent.
Staining of our fixtures sppears to be in the past and the “feel “ of the water has improved significantly. No more hard water and iron stains.

Victor was our first contact and also the salesman we dealt with, he was very informative and did a great job with his presentation which led us to purchasing our system.
Keith was our installation expert and was very pleasant to deal with, going above and beyond with the plumbing and install. Even cleaning up our existing piping in one area in order to be able to mount his as best as possible to hold up to his finish standards.
My wife and I would recommend Premier Water Systems to anyone looking to improve their overall water quality no matter which system they invest in.
