Had frequent minor work done here (weird strap changes, bezel inserts requests) and everything was done in a timely, professional manner. Leonid Pishnik is a true master watchmaker, and I would go to him with anything horology related. Thank you to the people at Watches ETC!
I've had two watches serviced by Watches Etc. One was a battery replacement for a Breitling Aerospace and the other was a full service of my Omega Speedmaster. Both services were done with care and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my other watches to them for service. It's great having a local watchmaker!
Very kind and friendly staff. Swapped my battery and did a pressure check in under 10 mins for $15.
I brought a Tudor Black Bay to have Mr. Pishnik service the watch as a CW21 licensed professional. This decision was made out of an uncertainty that the local AD where I purchased the watch would honor my warranty by sending it back to Tudor. Although the job required a minor fix, Mr. Pishnik was kind enough to recommend a reputable authorized dealer down the street to oversee the process of claiming my warranty. When I stated I trusted his professional watchmaking abilities (I've had service completed by him before), he again recommended I claim my warranty. I eventually took his suggestion. Watches Etc. is an honest business. Additionally, there are very few CW21 certified watchmakers in Massachusetts. Here is one you can count on.
