    Living in a modest space with great amenities. You also have beat by shopping eating and a hotel. It feels like living bigger due to the other amenities, work out room, multiple outside grills and pool.

    Checking in after living here for 18 months. I could not be happier with the management staff, and the property. If there are ever issues, they are addressed promptly and professionally. The management staff does a great job helping you feel at home. The location and amenities are excellent. I'd also like to give a shout out to the maintenance staff. They've never taken more than 24 hours to address an issue, and the property is well kept. I had an issue with my dishwasher, and they couldn't fix it in two days so they just gave us a new one. 10/10. I'd be wary of any review that says otherwise.

    The fire alarm issues have been solved, and as far as I am concerned, they were the fault of the service company (3rd party) that managed the fire alarm systems. Not Gables. To blame the management company for this issue is ridiculous.

    Love it here! The management is so friendly & the maintenance crew extremely efficient. It’s ideal location, near all the shops, restaurants, highway & Amtrak, combined with a clean, pretty, living space, makes it an easy 4+ star rating!
