  A super-professional independent music store and *the ONLY* place I’ll ever go around here to have a guitar set up. These guys saved my Strat. I bought it from Sweetwater and was very disappointed with the factory setup. Extra-light strings, no tone, no sound and very difficult to play (I play with a lot of pick-hand attack.) Was ready to trade it in but decided to try heavier strings first. Took it in to have Peter set it up for .11s and it made all the difference. He also found and corrected several other problems with the factory setup. Great service and a great value.

  Very friendly, people. They helped us get our son started with drums without pushing expensive drum sets like other bigger chains we visited. When our son is ready to move to a full drum set we'll come back because they gained our trust. They are very knowledgeable and have been patient with the fact of having 3 young boys running around their shop :)

  Nice selection of top-tier guitars, basses, amps, drums and all the necessary accessories. Friendly personnel who are great at finding you what you need.

  Truly the best music instrument store in New England. High end pieces for reasonable prices, excellent atmosphere and great service. Forget the big guys, this is the top spot by far!
