PUMA

I had an issue with a gift set of pumas drift cat 3s I believe at this location. The person had gotten me my correct shoe size with literally single brand but was too small for me with that particular shoe and painful to wear. I though maybe it was just a break in period or so so I wore them once and had to buy another pair of shoes the day I wore them because they were so painful I couldn't finish wearing them out that day. You brought them back to this location and told them what had happened and had to contact the customer service line which I did in store due to the policy about no returns on worn shoes. I made no leeway, but I think the manager understood I was being sincere I didn't need a refund I just needed the next half size up I did like the shoes just for some reason I think pumas run smaller than most other brands. She did let me swap out and I have now grown some brand loyalty I am wearing the pumas I swapped for today and don't have any of the issues I had with the half size smaller 100 % definalty a good shoe. I'm usually a nike air force kind of person and some Adidas. Next time I am looking to purchase a pair of sneakers I will highly consider puma as a place to look.

OMG ???? I personally not such a puma fan but it is still one of the best sport shops???????? And wow...the prices here in the Outlet were fantastic ????????

I like puma but I consider its products overpriced.

You can find really good deals here but the times I've been, this place has been crazy crowded.
