This was not a first time I have used a real estate attorney and there was a stark difference – Ken was there to ensure a smooth transaction and protect our interests in the best possible way - not to just glance over the docs, try to make quick money by selling some other services/referrals, and show up for the closing, which is unfortunately not uncommon with other attorneys. There were issues with the seller owing unpaid condo fees, special assessments etc and Ken made sure everything was taken care of properly to the last small detail and transaction would close on time.
Ken was extremely professional, meticulous and thorough.
He is not only very competent but also very responsive and will clearly and promptly answer any questions you may have.
When I decided to sell another rental property I knew I wanted Ken to represent me again. Just as the first time, he was a true professional and handled and advised us on everything throughout the transaction - reviewing and revising the listing agent's agreement, reviewing and revising the buyers offers, putting together a very thorough P&S agreement, making sure everything was done properly with regards to the tenants documentation and deposits, negotiating and speaking to the loan officers representing the buyers, and all the way to handling every small thing up to the actual closing.
Both times I had a great experience working with Ken and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
He will cover all the bases, make sure everything is done in a timely manner, have your interests at heart and go out of his way to ensure you understand every step of the process! -

Ken was very professional, help us find a time that worked best for us, and handled all the transactions with the previous lender very smoothly. In addition, several months after refinancing, I needed the signed loan paper but realized that I had never downloaded them. I contacted Ken who promptly responded and emailed them to me. I highly recommend him.
