Twisted Spirit Yoga & Healing

All levels of yoga. i was very self conscious since im not very coordinated. I love classes at Twisted Spirit. Fun , relaxing, calming. Cannot say enough about what a great studio this is. Everyone is treated equal. Its my favorite.

I am so happy that I took the chance and tried my first yoga class with Twisted Spirit Yoga. Each instructor has been welcoming and helpful as I learn to find my inner strength. I look forward to each class knowing that I will learn something new and feel such peace when I am done.

This is the most wonderful yoga studio! I have been practicing yoga since 2006 and have been to many studios and classes. Twisted spirit is by far my favorite! There is a whole positive vibe that you feel the second you walk through the door, and the teachers are all amazing. My children love the mommy and mini’s class, and I love the gentle yoga classes. It’s super easy to sign up for classes on the website.

I was nervous and unsure if I could keep up and complete the classes. Cyndi and her teachers are amazing. I’ve started in her beginners classes and absolutely love it. Cyndi is extremely patient and thorough in helping me adjust and accommodate. I’ve been going regularly since she opened the new studio. It really feels like home.
