  Vicki and her team have created a workout environment at DuxFit that is truly exceptional. I recently completed the 6 week challenge and it was a blast. Yes, I said it it was actually fun working out. I lost 20.5 pounds and 4.5% boxy fat. A combination of the meal plan they design for you and the different, creative workouts we did made it all possible. Flexible workout schedules, dedicated staff, weekly progress reports/weigh ins to keep you focused and motivated...just all around great experience

  Today marked the end of my 6 week Challenge at Duxbury Fit and I am so happy with the results. I accomplished so many personal goals as well as met the goal of the program. I am down 16.5 pounds and 9.6% body fat. I lost inches off my waist and thighs and feel SO good. The workouts were tough but effective. The food and diet required prep and thought but once I was into a routine, It was easy and I was content with what I could eat. ALL of the trainers were helpful and Vicki was available to guide me along the way when I was frustrated when I hit my plateau. I am excited to continue on with workouts at Dux Fit and continue on my mission and journey to stay fit and healthy. Thank you Dux Fit.

  Just finished their 6 week Challenge and it was amazing!! All the trainers are great and very nice. Vicki and her trainers know their stuff too. It's a great place. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking to reach their goals and learn how to maintain a healthy life style.
