A friend accidentally backed into my car in a driveway and the tail light and bumper were smashed in. I called on a Tuesday, they took my car right away. I didn’t want my car tied up for a long time. My friend was hoping to avoid insurance. Jeff offered us a whole range of options and repaired the car at an extremely fair rate. I couldn’t believe how kind and honest he was. He took time to explain things to us, offered after-market stuff if we wanted or factory replacement parts. The repair was exactly what he promised and done within a day. I highly recommend Thomas Auto Body. It’s the best.

Did great job and handled insurance and rental car
We used them for the first time early this winter. It was a fiasco because we kept having blizzard after blizzard and with each blizzard they had to plow each vehicle out. So every time the insurance company came out, they couldn't seem to sync the visit with the car getting plowed out. It took a month to get the car back. The insurance company threatened me that they would not cover the rental. I was overwhelmed, but Steve helped us through the hole process, in our opinion, did a great job. He explained everything in detail, and helped work with the insurance company.
