After struggling with shoulder issues for over two years, visiting other PTs, and not getting better, I had practically given up hope of ever being able to live normally again! Before meeting up with Dr. Sims, I was not able to carry my own groceries, lift laundry, and carry school books - I had to rely on others to help me with tasks necessary for my daily life!

I happened to reconnect with Dr. Sims through an old friend and right away she assured me that my issue was an easy fix. After several months of sessions with Dr. Sims, I am grateful to report that I am well on the road to recovery and able to do all of my daily chores, in addition to swimming, pushups, and lifting small children :).

Dr. Sims is an intelligent, creative, problem-solver which makes her excellent at her profession, causing her to stand out from other PTs. My time with Dr. Sims was worth the hour drive (one way) to get there!
