  My experience with Hometown Urgent Care (Steltzer Road office) was exceptional. The staff was really kind and professional. They really made the check in process easy and efficient. I can’t say enough good comments about Dr Cowell. He was kind and took the time to listen and explain the treatment necessary to make me feel better. I would go back for treatment and would recommend their services!!

  I went to hometown urgent care today. I felt terrible.The staff that was working were excellent.They took great care of me and with a quickness too!Thinkgod cuz I really didn’t feel like going there. I‘ glad I did. If anyone wants a excellent service then go to Hometown Urgent care.They were outstanding especially for a time like now.Thank you very much.

  I went in a week ago. Checked in before hand and texted "here" upon arrival. I waited in the car for an hour and a half before I was brought in. I was sent immediately to a room where they took my vitals and asked why I was there. Everyone was very nice. I was given both the rapid and the PCR test. I got the rapid test rather quickly, but I am still waiting on the results for the other test even though they said I'd have them by now. Kind of disappointed in the follow through with this place. Was otherwise happy

  Did the check in and register online which was really easy. Upon arrival I sent a text HERE. They called to have me come in. Walked straight into a room for the doctor. Nurse and Doctor were nice and did there job correctly. Total time from arrival was 40 mins. Have read the reviews before booking an appointment and was worried but gave them a chance for the 1st time. It is better then the hospital and staying in the car and no waiting room put me at ease. They are taken the correct steps on trying to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Will go again if needed.

  Great Elementary School. The best teachers and staff. After school programs are the best!
