The hours are convenient, they offer great services, there is rarely a line to wait in, and the tellers are friendly, patient and kind. I have always been a big fan of credit unions, and this one is especially great. I'm not sure the specifics, but I know that I get refunded for ATM fees charged by other banks!
No special membership is required, and you just don't get rammed with charges the way you do at the big banks.
