I visited the Verizon Store yesterday, upon arrival I saw a VERY rude customer badgering the sales associate. I was appalled by her behavior but amazed about how calm and respectful this man was handling himself. Next was my turn and Sumeer, who I learned was the district manager, helped me out. I needed a new phone since mine had been damaged. He was professional and afficiant, I got my new phone with no hiccups. I was very pleased with my expirence and the fact that he didn't let that awful customer bring down his mood was amazing. Love this Verizon store, wonderful customer service and Sumeer is excellent with customers and knowledge of the products.
Although getting a new phone is always stressful! Nick Bergman is knowledgeable friendly and patient! Even though the online and systems by Verizon are sketchy Nick was diligent and determined to make sure all items were upgraded and working correctly to ensure that I was happy! Thanks Nick!
The best customer service I've ever received! I've been a Verizon Wireless customer for 15 years and the shops at Plymouth crew is the BEST I've ever encountered! Bilal, a solution specialist at this location, not only gave me a variety options to help with my situation of my damaged iPhone screen but, he also brought to my attention of how I could drop my monthly payments significantly. He was extremely professional, trust worthy, and helpful! Then when I went in after receiving my replacement device he ensured his teammate Nick was update to my situation and he took care of the setup/trade in device the second I walked in the door. Both of them were amazing and so happy to have had them turn my personal burden (broken screen / no phone access) into a great experience leaving with a better device and better monthly payment plan!
