After calling another local (Elite in Weymouth) company SEVERAL TIMES, leaving multiple messages, and chasing them to get me an estimate and come get my windows fixed, I finally gave up on chasing someone for THREE WEEKS to give them my money. I called Central Glass Company, out of Brockton, MA on a referral from an associate in my field of work.
I called, they answered the phone the first time, had an estimate over the phone when I gave them sizes, and I have 3 repaired windows THE NEXT DAY! Less than 24 hours later, VERY COURTEOUS SERVICE!! They answer the phone every time I call, including when I couldn't be here by the time they had told me they would be here. The 2 gentlemen came, made very quick work of three broken windows, cleaned everything up behind themselves, and were on their way. Easy, Breezy! I can't say I'm thrilled with the price, but it WAS A house call, and on my schedule. In the end, it turned out to be a full $100 UNDER their estimated price and I couldn't have asked for Quicker, more Courteous, and Quality service. They were true Pro's! I would use them again and again, if I weren't moving out of state next month! :) Thanks guys! We really appreciate you!
