P & H Travel

Melissa and P&H helped me plan my moms dream vacation to France. This was my families first time to Europe and we had the most amazing time! She was so patient with all my questions especially when arranging all our tours to accommodate my kids and 79 year old mom. The information and documents she provided made it easy to travel with 7 people. l highly recommend P&H travel and can’t wait to plan our next trip with them.

I can’t say enough about Phil and P&H Travel. He has booked the last several vacations for my family, but this last one to Italy, July 2022, was truly one of the most memorable vacations I’ve ever had.

It was so incredibly organized that I never had a worry about where I was going, how I was getting there or what documentation I needed. For those that have traveled to Europe, you know how stressful and confusing it can be.

He recommended an itinerary that gave us the opportunity to see the most popular attractions without having to rush. His attention to detail took so much pressure and stress out of traveling for us.

We’ve used P&H travel about a dozen time over the last few years. The prices we get are always better than what we see on-line, and we appreciate that all the details are taken care of (airport transfers, suggestions or bookings for excursions, travel insurance).

On two occasions we were really thankful that we used P&H rather than booking ourselves. Last year we cancelled a large trip due to COVID concerns and the process for refunds went smoothly. Some years ago, the airline canceled our flight as we arrived at the airport (due to local weather), and we called P&H and they got us a rental car (when it didn’t seem like any were available), so that we could get a flight out of another airport. That saved our entire trip.

Also, Phil has given us great advice when we were interested in a trip but couldn’t decide where to go.

We love booking with Phil. We can give him a few things we are thinking about and he manages to piece together the right itinerary. We've been with him for over 10 years and have already booked 3 additional trips well into 2022. We love stopping by the office for a quick hello and face to face with his staff Tracy, Ellen and Melissa, they are always so nice and accommodating. Looking forward to more years with them!

We have used P&H Travel several times. Phil is truly dedicated to his business and his team is attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our trips have been absolutely wonderful, but it's good to know they would be there to support us if we ran into a snag on our vacation. I would recommend P&H to anyone considering a getaway, especially Tracy if you are looking for a reliable source and absolute pleasure to work with!
