  I have just come home from Presentation and I had a wonderful stay, the nurses and aides were the best. Everything is kept so clean and nice I have decided that I want to go back and live out my life. Patrick and Rob were so kind to me. As was all the staff. I am looking forward to my new adventure and life at Presentation.

  Due to a minor accident last winter my father became a long term resident of Presentation Skilled Nursing Center in February 2017. I was told that this was the best facility in the Boston area, but it has exceeded all expectations. The newly renovated facility is aesthetically beautiful, immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and calming to everyone who enters the nicely landscaped grounds. The staff, beginning with Debi at the reception desk, is friendly and helpful, and always go above and beyond their positions to make sure the residents and guests are comfortable and accommodated. The level of quality of the nursing staff is superior. They comprise quite a team of skilled and dedicated professionals who are both highly qualified and uniquely empathetic to patients and families. They avail themselves at all times for phone calls and addressing concerns. The administrative staff is exemplary, most especially Alysha Altieri, the Director of Social Services. She has single-handedly reduced my level of anxiety over my father's care and comfort. She was also instrumental in helping me to arrange for my father's 100th birthday celebration last weekend - slightly difficult for me as I live in NYC. This was certainly a job she didn't have to bother with, yet was always bright and upbeat about it when I called on her to help.
  
  The bottom line for me, is that my father, in his senectitude, is in the best possible place to live out his years in good health, comfort, with every need met, being well fed, entertained (plenty of programming and events) and safe. There's not much more I could ask for! (By the way, my father is a WWII Army Air Corps vet with very high military honors and loves the fact that there are others like him that he can befriend there).
