(January 18, 2019, 4:18 pm)Boston Standard has always been responsive whenever I have called them, and unfortunately I have had to call them a lot over AC and furnace issues. They respond in a timely manner and when there was a difficult problem they stayed with it until it was resolved to my satisfaction. I have faith and trust in their technicians. I have retained them to do maintenance on my boiler, AC and furnace.

(January 11, 2019, 10:03 am)Frank and his apprentice Kyle spent two days installing a new heat pump for me (heat and AC). They were polite, careful, and as clean as can be. The electrician that was supposed to come wire the unit could not make it on the last day of the installation which means I am without heat for two days but that isn't the fault of Frank or Kyle. Hence the 4 starts. Boston Standard did leave me with space heaters free of charge. Still overall a relatively positive experience given the high price tag.

(January 7, 2019, 4:16 pm)Had two heating systems serviced for maintenance. Lillian was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and neat while doing the work. She fixed our water pump on system fast and even changed the filter for us. No easy task since in crawl space.
