(October 21, 2019, 8:38 pm)What made this a 4 star rating for me was the 2 front desk associates who were courteous and helpful, the one gentleman bald with glasses and new employee to the hotel who assisted me on the 19th and the young lady who checked me out today the 21st.
Both exceeded expectation and went above beyond service to help me.
The ladies who checked me in were something left to be desired. Confrontational and less then pleasant...
Stayed at another location and that staff was all excellent...these 2 ladies reminded me of a couple associates who need retrained. -

(October 6, 2019, 7:47 pm)Nice new Hotel in Chelsea, right outside of Boston Center. Free Bus ride (SL3) into South Boston station, right down street. Free breakfast, small kitchen area in rooms. Pool was cold though. Free parking. Overall good stay.
