  Excellent experience and tremendous customer service...We required service for two separate issues on our Jennair dishwasher. (One longstanding minor issue, and one new major functional issue.) Our initial call was answered promptly, and the service call was scheduled for the following day.
  
  On the day of the service, the repairman arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problems. We provided him our approval to order the required replacement parts, which arrived within the next few business days. The repairman then called to schedule a follow-up appointment for the following day.
  
  On the day of the follow-up service, the repairman arrived on time once again. He promptly repaired the 'major' functional issue, but found that the replacement part which Jennair sent for the 'minor' issue was not the original part. The original part was discontinued by Jennair, and replaced by a part which the repairman judged to be an inadequate fit. The repairman explained the situation to us, and explained that while the dishwasher would now be functional, the 'minor' issue could not be fixed and because of that he would accept no payment from us. Nothing, not even a small gratuity to cover his time and/or travel expenses.
  
  This type of service may have been the norm many years ago, but I consider it exceptional in this day and age!

  We had the BEST Experience with this man! He was so nice, and honest too! He came back twice to fix my dryer and also ordered a part to fix the microwave. He's excellent and very reliable! I would call him again in a second! Use this man if you need any appliance serviced, especially Whirlpool brand. Thank you, again! ~Angela
