  Bob Gardner is a top notch fitness and nutrition coach. I've taken numerous classes with him over the years. They're always fun, effective, and challenging. He often has a theme that ties in with current events which makes it even more meaningful. In addition to classes, Bob has provided me with a personalized nutrition and exercise plan to meet my specific goals. No matter where you're starting out on your journey to better health, Bob can help you get there!

  I have attended Bob's group trainings for years and find the workouts varied, fun and great for working the whole body. I count on these workouts - they have helped with my strength training and running. It motivates me to keep going. It's a great group of people and look forward to it each week.

  I've worked with Bob for the last two months to increase my fitness and make necessary changes to my nutrition to lose weight. Due to some health issues I had been feeling hopeless to make those changes. Bob was able to guide me and developed a personalized nutrition and fitness plan. I was able to finally see some of my excess weight come off and feel like I was in control of my body again. Bob was extremely helpful and encouraging through this process.

  Bob is an incredibly knowledgeable and kind person. He is passionate about nutrition and fitness and is dedicated to helping others reach their fitness goals. Bob has helped me realize that you are never too old to have fitness in your life in fact it is extremely important for your long term health. Bob has helped me have a whole new outlook on being healthy and fit. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

  I have participated in a number of Bob's Athlete for Life Group Trainings and he has developed personal training plans for my girlfriend and I a number of times. Bob is passionate about training and nutrition. He works closely with clients to meet them where they are at, provides plans to help achieve reasonable goals, and provides regular, thoughtful feedback to improve plan implementation (with modifications as needed). He is positive, supportive, and always celebrates the little and bigger achievement of goals with his clients..
