Liam and Drew were punctual, friendly, and professional. Liam has been coming to do electrical work in our house for a number of years, and we are always happy to see him. Liam suggested new light fixture ideas, which we went with. We wouldn't have known about the options had he not told us about them, so we were extremely glad to hear about them. They worked quickly and efficiently, and we are delighted with the results.
Noah Landon performed the instillation of two Bathroom Heat / Exhaust Vent units in our home. Noah was Extremely professional and knowledgeable. His work was exceedingly perfect and of very high quality. He was very informative and friendly throughout the entire installation. I waited a couple of days before posting this review to fully evaluate the installation and quality and additionally reviewed installation from the Attic and it was perfect. I highly recommend Noah and Tingley Home Services.
I called and to my surprise they arrived 20 minutes later. Very professional. Walked us through what the situation was and the steps needed to remedy. Gave us a quote, we signed off, they went to work. Within a short time they were finished, we paid and they left. Sounds simple but to have this all done in a day, never mind a few hours, was spectacular. I highly recommend Doug, John, the coordinator Debra, and Tingley Home Services. Will use them again. Terrific company to work with - excellent customer service including communications even setting technician arrival expectations throughout the job. Specifically, technician Noah Landon is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, responsive. He and his team did a large knob and tube removal and wiring/fixtures/panel/outlets/switches upgrade job over several days that involved all levels of my large 100+ year old home including basement and attic. Incredibly considerate of family, gave thoughtful consideration to everything including necessary intrusion into walls and ceilings for the new wiring ensuring they were limited and even some barely noticeable. Cleaned work areas so well would never know they were there. Over and above communication explaining the work he was doing and answered all my questions. I’m extremely pleased with Noah and his Tingley team. Would highly recommend.
I'm about to sound like I was paid to say this but I have n-e-v-e-r had a better in-home experience with contractors. I hired Tingley to install heating and cooling mini-splits throughout the entire house and the project took a week.
The installers, Daniel and Troy, were literally the best contractors I've *ever* interacted with in my home. And we have had a lot. Dan and Troy respected and treated my home as if they lived there, were always courteous and professional, cleaned up after themselves every day and did high quality work. *And* Daniel loved up on my cat (Humphrey) who, due to the fact that the house is under major renovation, has been in the basement for 5 weeks for safety. They got along so well, my cat was happy to see him every day.
I'm telling you, I'd hire these folks a million times over. In fact, they are going to install my water heater next. They went above and beyond what they were contracted to do and restored my badly bruised faith in contractors. And the price is reasonable. Thank you, Tingley!
