The apartment was immaculate when we moved in, the leasing office staff were friendly and helpful, and maintenance was at my door in 3 minutes to plug in the oven. Friendly neighbors and beautiful grounds. We are home!

(January 9, 2018, 11:13 am)We just moved in to the Groves at Milford. It is a lovely place to live. The office staff were very helpful in getting us here from many states away. You go to them with any need and they take care of it right away. They also take care of the grounds and the snow removal very well. So far they are a very professional group of people who work and run these apartments.

(May 4, 2017, 4:32 pm)Last May I moved here from Florida and basically did everything over the telephone and email. The office worked with me to get the apartment I really wanted. The apartment is good size, really nice kitchen and the washer/drier in the apartment is wonderful!! The grounds are kept clean and being spring the flowers and trees are blooming and are just beautiful. If you have a dog there is a dog park. Neighbors seem nice and friendly when you are walking around the complex. The complex has sitting areas for everyone to enjoy and walking the complex is great exercise. Winter the snow is shoveled usually very early so you get out if needed. The office staff and the maintenance staff are amazing, polite and willing to help any way they can. If you have a problem it is attended to pretty fast if not immediately. You will not be sorry if you choose The Groves! I am serious! I love living here and intend to be here for a very long time!!
