After suffering chronic lower back pain and an increase in "throwing my back out" I was recommended to see Dr. Grace. I went in skeptically but she made me a believer. For me, it ultimately came down to buying into the exercises and committing to them. They take 10 minutes. Haven't thrown my back out and feeling much better since I started seeing her a year ago.

A huge shout out to Dr. Grace! I hurt my back when I fell off a treadmill, almost a year ago and tried everything for the pain. I saw her for the last 2 months and I wish I had come to see her sooner. I am back to my normal self and able to do all my normal work-outs. I cant believe I waited so long!

Went to ur typical PT for most of 1 year...it was just ok.. nothing special..in two months time..I've received tremendous exercise from Dr. Grace @ Cherubino health in Southborough for 2 months now..I don't need a new shoulder like other drs have told me I needed...

CHC is top notch!! Just a little slice of heaven right off rt 9. Warm & welcoming to everyone who walks in the door! A very well oiled machine! Working with Dr. Grace is really one of the first time I’ve actually felt seen & heard — the docs here are nothing short of amazing. Waaay more than a chiropractic office, I truly cannot recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Chris is the first doctor that I’ve had that truly focuses on preventative medicine (which is what I need right now). She helped me to alleviate minor injuries due to exercise, but also passed that knowledge on to me to prevent injury and exercises to do on my own. My first visit to her, my “prescription” was weight training to help minor medical problems and suggestions for supplements that will help to alleviate minor problems. On follow up she helped me to understand better ways to continue preventative maintenance for optimal health. I can’t say enough good things about her, she is very kind, knowledgable and motivational! I’ve searched my whole life to find a doctor that is knowledgeable in nutrition and not forward to prescribe medication for small ailments. She was also patient and didn’t mind that I had many questions for her.
