  The Body Fixx is a local GEM!! I have been seeing Holly for deep tissue massage and cupping for years. When people ask for referrals, it's the first and only place that I send them to. The Body Fixx is warm, welcoming and clean. I have also received fabulous acupuncture and waxing treatments and facials here, as well! The staff is kind and also very knowledgeable. I always feel so much better walking out than when I walked in!!

  The Body Fixx has recently added The STUDIO for Spin as well as strength classes. I’ve been taking as many classes as I can fit in and absolutely love it! The instructors are highly trained and make the classes so fun.
  
  The Body Fixx also has the most beautiful massage rooms and incredible therapists. Since I’ve begun spin, I’ve given myself the treat of massages with Delaney. I’ve been having pain in my left hip for 2 years now and since I’ve begun with her my pain has decreased tremendously.
  I would highly recommend The Body Fixx to anyone!

  I generally don't post reviews, but in this case, I just have to say that this place is absolutely amazing! I have been taking the cycle and strength classes since Michele and Holly opened the studio and all classes and instructors are fantastic! You won't find a more energetic, motivating and friendly group of people - from instructors to members! Love it!!!!

  Amazing place!! I have taken SPIN classes and they are so great. There is a variety of time slots to fit busy schedules and a variety of classes. I plan to take the strength and body weight classes as well. The instructors are skilled knowledgeable and motivating. Michelle is unbelievable. Fun, energetic, upbeat and motivating. Keeps you going and coming back!!
  It is exactly what I was looking for and so convenient. I immediately signed up for a membership as the price is right. The studio is clean, equipment is well maintained and great variety - no ride is ever the same and I get a great work out close to home!
  Can’t wait to try the other services it has to offer.
  A hidden gem!!

So far I've only had a massage here (Troy alleviated weeks of intense back pain in one hour!), but I'll definitely be back for more (yoga, perhaps?).
