John and I first met at a client interview. He explained what he could do for me, educated me on the rules of hiring a realtor, and then asked what I wanted and expected from working with him. He used the analogy of an ice cream sundae. A dish of ice cream is nice, but the toppings really make it special. He asked what he could do to make the experience of finding house extra valuable.
